Returns for Damaged/ Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

We have a 48 hours return policy. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Delivery of a damaged product
  • Delivery of an incorrect product
  • For damaged or defective products, we will re-deliver the replacement within 3–4 business days.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@wostree.com with the details of the incorrect or damaged product along with an unboxing video. Please note that we cannot process any return or refund request without a valid unboxing video.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without prior approval for a return will not be accepted.

All our products are made-to-order and, therefore, not eligible for return or exchange unless under specific scenarios as mentioned in our policy.

Shipping

We ensure timely delivery of all products within 5-7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Our dedicated logistics team works efficiently to process, pack, and ship your order, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience. Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on location and external factors such as holidays or unforeseen delays.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status for the refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@wostree.com.
